Quick Pickles

 

Ingredients

500 g
cabbage
100 g
carrots
100 g
red onion
200 g
cucumber
100 g
green pepper
100 ml
vinegar
100 g
sugar (xylitol)
20 g
preservative for pickles (without chemical preservative)

Instructions

We are planed fresh vegetables. Add the sugar, vinegar and sifted preservatives. Thoroughly stir and knead several times to let me get more juice. Ready to eat or can be stored in the refrigerator.

 TIP: 10 kg mixed vegetables add 1 l vinegar, 1 kg sugar and 200 g of preservative. Components may taste the pickles and according to taste.  If all the vegetables to planed weigh the weight and add vinegar, sugar (xylitol) and sieved to the preservative.
