Tuna Salad
Boil the eggs hard. Cut tomatoes in half, mozzarella and boiled eggs cut into cubes, olives and onion cut into slice. In a bowl mix ingredients ready, add freshly washed rucola and toss gently. Layer crumbled tuna chunks and toss gently. Garnish with the chopped egg quarters and sesame seeds and season with oyster sauce and salt.
Tip: offer with croutons or toasted bread.
