Easy Broccoli Quiche

Mix the flour with salt and finely crumbled cold margarine. Knead dough and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
The broccoli roses sedan, simmer until tender, filtered. Stir the cream, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs and 10 gram grated cheese mix, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put to broccoli to the cream and mix. The dough is rolled out and put into a buttered pie form and bake 190 Celsius (with weights in the middle) approx. bake for 10 minutes and then pour the broccoli cream and bake 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, cover with mozzarella slices and sliced tomato. Sprinkle with basil and push it back another 15 minutes.
