Ingredients

banana
1 1⁄2 c
low fat milk
 
salt
1 pk
baking powder
1⁄2 c
wholemeal flour
1 1⁄2 c
oatmeal
 
olive oil (frying)
 
Avocado Nutella (garnish)
 
banana (garnish)

Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and oatmeal, mix well and add the milk and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer. Add the mashed bananas with a fork and prepare smooth dough. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and put a little scoop dough and bake pancakes. When the edges begin to brown and pancakes bubble, flip, and bake the other side. We get 12-13 pieces. Rub with nutella crepes and garnish with banana slices.
