Cake with apricot jam

Ingredients

eggs
120 g
flour
120 g
sugar powdered
1 pk
baking powder
 
Apricot jam

Instructions

We mixed eggs with sugar with foam and then add the flour and the baking powder. To a sheet of paper lined in a pre-heated oven is 180 ° C. Bake in 15-20 minutes. 

Let the dough cool down and pop it on the wipe and carefully remove the baking paper. Using a towel, roll into a roll.

Put it in a cool place and let it cool down completely. Once the dough has cooled down,put  it with apricot jam and roll.

 Sprinkle with powdered sugar and slicing.
