Ingredients

500 g
minced meat
2
onions
3 clv
garlic

oil
 
ground black pepper
750 ml
tomato sauce
100 ml
Red wine
 
basil
 
lasagne pasta
250 ml
milk (white sauce)
2 T
plain flour (white sauce)
40 g
butter (white sauce)
 
grated cheese

Instructions

Ragout:

Bake for a small amount of oil the chopped onion and garlic. Add the minced meat and simmer until the meat turns white. Season the ragout with salt and ground black pepper. Pour a little water and simmer until tender under wraps.  Add the 750 ml tomato sauce and 100 ml red wine, sprinkle with basil to taste and cook.

White sauce:

Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook until fading. Add the milk and cook it no too thick sauce. If it is sauce too dense can be diluted in milk.  Pour the white sauce finished stew and mix.

At the bottom of the baking dish and cover with a ragout put the lasagna noodles, another layer stew, pasta and thus substitute until run out all the ingredients and top with ragout. Sprinkle with grated cheese and then cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a medium hot oven for about 30 minutes. Then remove foil and grill 5-7 minutes.
