margarine
120 g
sugar powdered

Instructions

Crumble the margarine with the flour, add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and egg yolks and quickly knead the dough. Leave to rest in the fridge for one hour. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 0, 5 cm thick and cut out cookies of each shape. Put on the metal plate with baking paper and in a preheated oven at 200 ° C bake for about 8-10 minutes. After cooling, two cookies with jam and packaging with vanilla icing sugar.
