Fruit and oatmeal slices Ingredients: 80 g oatmeal 50 g sunflower seeds (hulled) 200 g dried fruit (chopped) 30 g walnuts 30 g peanuts 30 g sesame lemon juice 100 ml orange juice (fresh squeezed, as needed) sweetener (to taste) 1 banana (grated) Instructions: In a blender mix the oatmeal and sunflower seeds. The nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds are also in a blender mix. All dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped dried fruit (prunes just 100 g, 50 g dried apricots, raisins 50g) grated banana, sweetener to taste and mix thoroughly. Pour the lemon juice and freshly Orange juice is enough to spread dough obtain a spreadable paste. Baking sheet greased with a little oil, sprinkled with flour baking smoothed and then some.
