Baked Potato - without Meat
90 days diet - starch day
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into slices. Delete a baking pan lightly with oil and lay out the bottom of the potato slices. Put broccoli and cauliflower, sprinkle with corn and vegetable mixture. Vegeta seasoning and pour half the tomato sauce. Cover the potatoes and pour the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with ground pepper and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes, then grill for 5 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad.
