Roasted Broccoli with Potatoes

Ingredients

1000 g
potatoes
400 g
broccoli
150 g
grated cheese
200 ml
sour cream
180 ml
whipping cream
1
egg
 
salt
 
oil
 
ground black pepper
 
vegeta universal

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins and let cool. Peel and cut into rings. Cook broccoli for about 3 minutes in salted water and drain. Anoint off oil the bowl and the bottom lay out potatoes. Season to taste with salt and sprinkle with Vegeta universal. Put the broccoli on the potatoes and cover with another layer of potatoes. Season to taste with salt and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sweet cream, sour cream and egg mix and season with salt and ground black pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the   mixture of the broccoli and bake to a preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Serve warm.
