Ingredients

honey
180 g
sugar powdered
120 g
hazelnuts
3
egg whites
2
wafer sheets

Instructions

Egg whites with powdered sugar over steam whisk until stiff and honey let warm up. The honey thin strands stirring pour into rigid foam and then mix in the hazelnuts. The dollop is rubbed on the wafer sheets cover with a second load and we leave it to harden. The next day (or third day) cut.
