Oven Fried Pork Chops
Sprinkle pork slices with salt and with ground black pepper and a little flattens. Coat the pork slices in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Bake of the pan on a small amount of oil pork slices on both sides and put them into the baking pan. Oil residue diluted with water and season with mustard and marjoram. Pour this mixture on the pork slices and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a hot oven for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice and pickles.
