margarine (stuffing)

Instructions

Prepare leaven: to 100 ml of lukewarm milk Crumble yeast, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir and leave to rise. Sifted flour and add 400 ml of warm milk, 4 tablespoons sugar, a little salt, oil and yeast. Make dough thoroughly and leave in a warm place approx. 40 minutes to double the dough.

Dough on a floured board cut into four pieces and each piece rolled to 2-3 mm thin rectangle. Then top with melted margarine and sprinkle with cocoa powder, brown sugar and ground cinnamon to your liking. Roll up the dough, then top with beaten egg, pokes a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 160 to 180 ° C until golden brown.
