Salad with Mozzarella

Ingredients

500 g
iceberg lettuce
4
tomato
1
cucumber
2
spring onion
1
california wonder peppers
4 clv
garlic
200 g
mozzarella
200 g
olives
 
balsamic vinegar
 
oregano.

Instructions

Cut iceberg lettuce into large cubes. Cut Californian red pepper into smaller noodles, cut cucumbers and tomatoes into small cubes, cut spring onion slice and garlic finely. Put into a bowl lettuce, add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions and garlic and toss gently. Olives, cut in half if necessary, mozzarella cut into large cubes, and all add to salad. Slightly with salt, sprinkle with chopped oregano, season with balsamic vinegar and toss. We offer a toast.
