Description

Raspberry muffins

Ingredients

125 g
coconut flour
6
eggs
250 g
white yogurt (low fat)
1 t
sweetener (Stevia)
400 g
raspberries (frozen)
10 g
gelatin powder
100 ml
water

Instructions

Mix the coconut flour with the eggs, yoghurt and sweetener and then fills the (12 pieces) muffin shapes around 1/2. Pre-heated oven at 180 to 200 Celsius degrees bake approx. 20 minutes. Let cool down. Frozen raspberries with water, gelatin powder a small amount of sweetener and boil. Ready gel placed on top of the muffins and cold stored.
