Homemade Knoppers

peanuts (coarsely chopped, cocoa cream)

milk chocolate (for garnish)


Preparation of white cream: Mix the butter to foam and in small doses, stir milk with sugar and milk powder. Mix everything thoroughly.

Preparation of Cocoa cream: Mix the butter to foam and add other ingredients and again mix everything thoroughly.

The first coat the wafer white cream and cover with a second wafer. Second coat the wafer with cocoa cream and cover with a third wafer and burdens. Put into the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

Once the wafers are kept together, then top the last wafer with melted milk chocolate and returned to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. With a sharp knife cut into any shape.
