Creamy chicken breast with curry spices

Ingredients

chicken breast (fillets)

onion
3 clv
garlic
3
ginger (3 cm)

curry powder
1 t
ground cinnamon
 
salt
 
ground black pepper
 
oil
 
chili powder
250 ml
whipping cream

Instructions

Chicken breast cut into strips, grate the onion. Grated onion fry in a small amount of oil, add grated garlic and grated ginger. Ma low heat cook for 1-2 minutes, add curry powder, cinnamon and chili powder and simmer for a few minutes together. Add the chicken breast strips, season with salt and season with ground black pepper and add the cream. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes and serve with rice.
