Hot paprika cream ( homemade Erős Pista)
Wash peppers, pat dry and set aside a few days to dry. Stems removed and finely grind pepper. Weigh a kilo for raw paprika adds 200 g of salt stir and let stand for 3-4 hours. Once you mix and fill into clean, dry jars.
