Stuffed roasted peppers
Cut into peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and lightly brush with oil. Cut into bacon and onion small pieces and fry in oil. Whisk the eggs with a fork and mix with bacon and onions. Fill the peppers with cautiously and put on a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the stuffed peppers sliced cherry tomatoes and cover with slices of mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius bake for about 35-40 minutes.
