Description

Hungarian Fish Soup - Halászlé

Ingredients

500 g
fish (crucian carp, carp, catfish)

onions
 
ground red paprika
2 clv
garlic
1
peppers
1
tomato
1
potatoes
 
lard
 
salt
 
hot paprika cream

Instructions

Fry in lard chopped onion and add diced tomatoes, sprinkle with ground paprika and pour a little water. A few minutes simmer and add the fish slices. Add the chopped peppers into strips, crushed garlic and diced potatoes. Pour water, so everything was submerged, add salt and cook over low heat until meat is tender fish. Remove bone and bring to boil (if necessary, add a little water). Season with salt, hot red paprika cream and served with fresh bread.
