Prepare the dough: Mix the softened butter with the sugar to foam, add a pinch of salt and stir. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add mixed foam butter. Mix the eggs with the milk, pour the flour and mix everything together well. Pour batter into a greased, flour spilled plate. Spread it the top of the dough with beaten egg, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and sliced almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for a period of some 12 minutes. Let dough baked in a hot oven for 10 minutes to rest, then cut into two parts.

Prepare apple filling: cut apples into 3 cm cubes and boil them in water with lemon juice and sugar. Mix the pudding with a little water, pour over the apples, stir well and cook for 1 minute to thicken. Pour the first part of the dough and let cool completely.

Prepare yogurt filling: Mix the yogurt with powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar, add beaten cream and gelatin, dissolved in hot water. Everything stirs and spread over the apple filling. Cover with the second part of the dough so were almond slices on top and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Before serving, slice and offered.
