Homemade Tortillas

Ingredients

150 g
wholemeal flour (spelt flour)
2 T
oil
1⁄2 pk
baking powder
150 ml
water (warm )
1 t
salt

Instructions

Mix flour, oil, baking powder and salt. Gradually incorporate warm water to get the dough elastic. Let dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut the dough into 5-6 equal parts, and on floured board rolled into thin pancakes. Bake on a hot, dry nonstick skillet from both sides. Fill tortillas and serve.
