Coconut cookies - diet

Ingredients

150 g
whole meal flour
150 g
flour from oatmeal
100 g
grated coconut
1 T
Vanilla sugar
1⁄2 pk
baking powder
120 g
xylitol (or sweetener)

egg
200 g
margarine

Instructions

Mix together whole grain flour, flour from oatmeal, xylitol, baking powder, vanilla sugar, grated coconut. Add the egg and grated margarine and stir. Roll on a lightly floured surface out the dough and cut out cookies from dough with cookie cutter. Bake in preheated oven at 170 Celsius on a baking sheet with baking paper, about 20 minutes.
