Spicy spaghetti with walnuts
Cook the spaghetti and drain. In a dry pan fry the walnuts a crush on larger pieces. Heat the olive oil in skillet or wok, add grated garlic and grated ginger, add soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chili flakes and prepared spaghetti together and fry for about 3 minutes. Take it the on a plate, sprinkle with nuts and chopped parsley and serve.
