Orange Yogurt Cake
Crushed biscuits and pour melted margarine. Mix everything thoroughly. Take into spring form with foil (or plastic bag) and put into the biscuit dough the bottom.
Mix yogurt with powdered sugar, the orange zest and orange juice of 2 oranges. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff foam. Mix yogurt and cream and dissolve gelatin in hot water, add 1-2 tbsp. yogurt cream and stir smooth paste. Pour the gelatin paste into rest of the yogurt cream as well stir hand mixer.
Put on biscuit into finely sliced oranges and pour yogurt cream. Leave in the refrigerator 3-4 hours to harden and then cut.
