Cheesecake with fruits

Ingredients

160 g
biscuits
80 g
margarine
350 g
Mascarpone cheese
2 T
sugar powdered
 
lemon juice
200 ml
whipping cream
1 T
Vanilla sugar
100 ml
hot water
20 g
gelatin powder
150 g
frozen raspberries
 
almond flakes

Instructions

Crushed biscuits and pour melted margarine. Mix everything thoroughly. Take into spring form with foil (or plastic bag) and put into the biscuit dough the bottom.

Beat of whipping cream and vanilla sugar the hard foam. Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Add the hard foam cream and mix. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add 1-2 tbsp. the mascarpone cream and stir smooth paste. Pour the paste into rest of the cream as well stir hand mixer. Pour into frozen raspberries and mix. Pour into the biscuit dough finished cream. Decorate the cake with raspberries and almonds flakes and let stand in refrigerator for several hours.
