Caramel Cake

Ingredients

cocoa biscuits
80 g
butter (melted)

Instructions

Crushed cocoa biscuits and pour melted butter. Mix everything thoroughly.  Take into spring form with foil and put into the biscuit dough the bottom. Prepare caramel: 6 tablespoons of sugar,  where sugar is melted pour some 150 ml water. Leave on low heat to melt caramel mixture. Beat the whipping cream and vanilla sugar hard foam (360 ml) and stir gelatin prepared in 100 ml of hot water and 20 g of gelatin. The sheet cake spread put halved bananas and then pour caramel cream. Leave at least 6 hours in a refrigerator solidified. Choose a ready-made cake from the mold, remove the foil and garnish with whipped cream and serve.
