Description

Cream horns with puff pastry

Ingredients

500 g
puff pastry
150 ml
milk
1 pk
cream powder (Dr.Oetker, no sugar)
2 T
sweetener

Instructions

Thinly roll out the puff pastry and cut into 2 cm wide strips. The horns form a bit smear with oil will form a 2-inch strips rolled up so that the ends overlap. Baking paper placed on a baking sheet, is placed the horns and finished in a hot oven approx. Bake 15 minutes. The milk and cream powder and sweetener hard foam filled with cold horns. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
