Sponge cake with cocoa cream

Ingredients

Instructions

6 egg whites with a pinch of salt to hard foam whisk, whisk 6 egg yolks with the caster sugar until foamy, then gradually add the flour and mix thoroughly. Add the hard foam, and gently stir.
