Chicken breast in mushroom sauce

Ingredients

flour

200 ml
whipping cream
 
water

Instructions

Chicken breasts cut into thicker slices, to taste salt and pepper, rotated in flour and fry in hot oil. When the meat is done, remove, and in the remaining oil, fry the chopped onion, add ground red pepper, cleaned and sliced mushrooms and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes under the cover, add the fried chicken, broth with mushroom flavor, pour some small amount of water and simmer until soft. (If necessary, top up with water.) When the chicken is soft, add the cream and bring to a boil. Boil together a few minutes and serve with boiled rice.
