Apple cake with oatmeal

Ingredients

500 g
oats
1000 g
apple (grated)
100 g
walnuts (coarsely chopped)
150 g
prunes (finely chopped)
2 T
ground cinnamon
1 pn
salt
 
sweetener
 
lemon juice
 
walnuts (on top)
 
raisins (on top)
 
oil
 
bread crumbs

Instructions

Grate apples and mix with oats, chopped walnuts and finely chopped plum. Add a pinch of salt, sweetener, lemon juice and cinnamon to taste. Hand reworks dough. Prepare two smaller plates (25x55 cm) to erase a little oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Divide dough into two parts and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts or raisins as hands prod it into the dough. Bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven (180 Celsius). Let cool on the sheet and then cut.
