Ingredients

white yogurt (low fat)

frozen forest fruit
20 g
gelatin powder

water

150 ml

Instructions

Low-fat cottage cheese mixed with yogurt, add sweetener to taste, add the frozen forest fruit and mix. In 100 ml of warm water and dissolve gelatin mixed with cottage cheese mixture. 4 glass jars alternately fill with cottage cheese filling and frozen fruit. To top sprinkle balance frozen fruits and cover with ready jelly  (boiled in 150 ml of water and flavored sweetener). Serve cold.
