Churros with puff pastry

Ingredients

500 g
puff pastry
4 T
sugar crystal
2 T
ground cinnamon
60 g
butter

Instructions

Stretch out your dough into two equal parts about 20x30 cm. The first part then top with melted butter sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and granulated sugar. Cover with the second part of and cut into 12 equal parts (about 2.5 x 20 cm strips), twist the dough and put into preheated oven and bake until pink.

Tip: Finished stripes can be painted with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve with hot chocolate.
