New Year's Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients

1000 g
sauerkraut (drained and rinsed briefly)
400 g
smoked meat
200 g
smoked sausage
30 g
dried mushrooms
100 g
prunes

onion (finely chopped)
1 pn
salt
 
sour cream (to taste)

Instructions

The dried mushrooms pour boiling water, and then allowed to stand for 10 minutes. The sauerkraut drained and rinsed briefly. A little oil a large pot, the chopped onion with the sliced sausage. Add the diced smoked meat, prunes and mushrooms (with the juice). Simmer for a few minutes, and then add the sauerkraut. Pour in enough water that covers it, add salt and about. Cook for 40-50 minutes. Before serving, add sour cream, and if you need more flavor with salt.
