Preparation of the dough: Whisk the eggs with sugar into the foam and add the sifted flour. We mix thoroughly. Bake into a 20 cm cake with a baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.

Preparation of the filling: Pour the compote even with the juice into the plastic box with lid, the tangerine cut it into small pieces, add the sugar. Add the whipped cream and add the pudding powder without cooking. We close the plastic box and we shake while no hard cream is obtained.

Tip: The cake it will be better when we drop the corpus with rum flavor.

The cool cake cut into two and fill it with cream.
