Ingredients

red pepper
1 kg
onions
1⁄2 l
vinegar
1⁄2 kg
sugar crystal
3 dl
oil
1 pk
preservative for pickles
2 T
salt
2 clv
garlic

Instructions

Wash the peppers, take it out the seeds and cut the peppers half, clean the onion and cut into the quarter. Put all prepared raw materials on the grinder. Mix all ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Then place the peppers cream in sterile cups and allow them to cool in a dry and warm place.
