Ingredients

cherry tomato

Instructions

Cherry tomatoes chop and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 30 minutes.

Switch on the oven 120°C  and the door open tomatoes dried for about 30 minutes at this temperature. Reduce the temperature to 100 ° C and further dried for about 3-4 hours. Tomatoes should be rubber, not completely dry. Let it cool down. The next day we meet tomatoes into clean jars, add the cloves garlic, oregano, basil and fresh thyme. Pour oil and virgin olive oil, half and half, and set aside two weeks in a cool, dark place to stand.
