Apple Bags

Ingredients

500 g
puff pastry

apple
1 pk
Vanilla sugar
1⁄2 t
cinnamon

Instructions

Peel the apples and grate. Add the sugar and ground cinnamon and lightly braised. Let a cold. The roll out pastry thinly and cut into a rectangle, as big those present in the sandwich maker (see the video!). At the bottom of the dough we make filling and cover with the other half of the dough and put it in the hot oven for sandwiches. Bake for approx. 7-8 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
