Curd Strudel

Ingredients

lard (roux)

curd (1 strudel stuffing)

Vanilla sugar (1 strudel stuffing)
200 g
sugar icing (1 strudel stuffing)

egg (1 strudel stuffing)

raisins (1 strudel stuffing)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the dough thoroughly. Roll the dough into 3 cm Thick Square and then top with a roux. Roux: a melted lard mix with flour. The dough with roux coiled like a roll in the refrigerator and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Mix well ingredients for the stuffing.

On floured surface divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out thinly. Put the filling on the dough and roll up.  Strudel put on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Let it cool. Cut to slices and sprinkle with sugar powdered.
