Fried Donuts
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and add the sour cream, egg yolks and rum. We prepare the dough and put on 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll dough on a floured board thinly and cut into large cubes. In one corner cube cutting the opposite corner and we pulled over the slices.
Bake in hot oil until golden brown and coat with vanilla icing sugar. We offer a jam.
