Russian egg salad

Ingredients

potatoes

salami (di)

carrots (cooked)

green peans (cooked)

mayonnaise

whipping cream

eggs (cooked)

Instructions

Cook the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Diet salami cut into strips, cooked cucumbers into cubes. Put into a larger bowl cubes potatoes, salami strips, drained   carrots and peas and chopped red pepper strips. Sprinkle to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Mayonnaise mixed with sour cream and pour over salad. To taste according to be diluted with liquid cucumbers cooked. Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce. All carefully stir and let stand in a cool place for several hours.

Put into a smaller bowls of mayonnaise salads and decorate according to your own taste: we put the halved egg, cucumber and bell pepper strips. A few tablespoons of mayonnaise Mix the cucumber with brine and pour the egg. We offer fresh bread, pastry.
