Ingredients

canned tomatoes

tomato sauce
300 g
water
300 g
lasagne pasta
200 g
mozzarella
 
salt
 
ground black pepper
 
basil
 
oregano.
 
chili sauce
 
sugar

Instructions

Baked the chopped onion on oil, add garlic and ground meat. Sprinkle with salt, with ground pepper and cook for about 6-8 minutes. Pour the tomato sauce, water, and sprinkle with basil. Bring to the boil and add the crushed lasagna pasta. Stir and add the pieces of tomato. Sprinkle to taste with salt, ground pepper, basil, sugar and chili sauce. Cover and over low heat, stirring occasionally cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Then sprinkle with grated mozzarella and oregano. We cover and leave until the cheese melts.
