Instructions

Put water to boil with sugar, oil and with salt. Once the water is boiling add the flour and mix thoroughly. Take care that the dough does not burn down. Leave the dough to cool, add egg and hand mixer prepare smooth dough.

Put dough in pastry bag and into the hot oil pushes about 10 cm long strips that cut away with scissors. Donuts bake on both sides until pink.
