Beef sirloin with cream sauce

Ingredients

beef sirloin

water

mustard
200 ml
whipping cream

lemon juice

Instructions

Bake in hot oil beef in from both sides. Choose the beef slices on a plate and put aside. Diced onion and simmer until tender, add chopped carrots, parsley. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper Pour water and add the garlic and bay leaf. Put the baked meat back, and simmers on low heat for about 60 minutes. When the meat is soft choose from along with the bay leaf and cooked vegetables we blend until smooth. Season with mustard, pour the whipping cream, lemon juice and season to taste. Serve with dumplings.
