Preparation of rolls

Egg whites separated from the egg yolks. Whisk egg whites into solid foam, add 75 g of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and whisk again foam.  Egg yolks and 75 g of powdered sugar mixed. Gradually add 2 tbsp. hot water and stir. Gradually stir in flour, walnuts and mix well. This mass stirs in beaten egg whites and gently stir spoon. We bake the dough in a pre-heated oven at 180 ° C for approximately 20 minutes.

 After baking the dough choose from oven and put on a damp cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar, and roll up. Let the dough to cool.


Preparing the stuffing

Boil the milk and pudding and let it cool. Mix the butter with powdered sugar and vanilla and gradually add cooled down pudding. Agitation mixer until we have a creamy mass. Dark chocolate to grate on a coarse grater and stir in whipped filling. Stuffing can leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Remove the dough and put cream along the entire corpus and bananas. We roll up dough, garnish with whipped cream, crushed chocolate and sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts. Leave in the refrigerator at least 4 hours stand. Sliced then roll and serve.
