Brasov's roast
Cut into cubes pork leg and bacon. Cut the onion into wedges, garlic mash and mix with meat and bacon.
Add ground black pepper, ground red pepper, marjoram, chili sauce, soy sauce, Worcester sauce, mustard and oil. Mix thoroughly.
Thus prepared meat mixture then cover with aluminum foil and leave overnight in the cold to stand.
Before cooking, add a little water and cook on low heat until tender. Serve with baked potatoes.
