whipping cream

water

bouillon cube

ground black pepper

tarragon

Instructions

Fry the chopped onion in oil. Add the chopped vegetables and pour water, add bouillons. Cook on low heat the soup. At the end we add the tarragon and cream. We are seasoning to taste with ground black pepper and the salt.
