Cake with yogurt
We are put deep tray with baking paper and lay out the bottom of biscuits.
Preparation of white filling: Mix the yoghurt with white powdered sugar and add the gelatin dissolved in water. All thoroughly mixed and pour on biscuits. Put it in the refrigerator to harden.
Preparation of fruit filling: Mix the yoghurt with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and add the gelatin dissolved in water. All mixed thoroughly. Add 2/3 frozen currants and pour the mixture on crackers. Pour the rest of currants on top. Give to four hours in the refrigerator to harden before serving cut
