Cake with yogurt

Ingredients

biscuits
500 g
white yogurt (white stuffing)

sugar powdered (white stuffing)
20 g
gelatin powder (white stuffing)
100 ml
water (white stuffing)

white yogurt (fruit stuffing)

Vanilla sugar (fruit stuffing)
4 T
sugar powdered (fruit stuffing)

gelatin powder (fruit stuffing)
100 ml
water (fruit stuffing)

fruits (currants)

Instructions

We are put deep tray with baking paper and lay out the bottom of biscuits.
Preparation of white filling: Mix the yoghurt with white powdered sugar and add the gelatin dissolved in water. All thoroughly mixed and pour on biscuits. Put it in the refrigerator to harden.

Preparation of fruit filling: Mix the yoghurt with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and add the gelatin dissolved in water. All mixed thoroughly. Add 2/3 frozen currants and pour the mixture on crackers. Pour the rest of currants on top. Give to four hours in the refrigerator to harden before serving cut
