Instructions

Dough: all ingredients for the dough mix and prepare smooth dough. We are rolling dough and put on a deep tray with baking paper.

Curd filling: Boil thick custard and add the curd. Stir the custard and add the egg whites hard. All carefully we mixed and brushed on the dough. We mix the egg yolks with sour cream and coat the top of the path. Bake for 2 hours in a preheated oven at 150-160 ° C.

When cool, sprinkle with fruit and pour the finished gelatin (gelatin prepared according to package directions). Put into refrigerator.  Cut into pieces and serving.
