From the egg whites with sugar, whisk tough foam and add grated coconut. Mix well.
For the dough, mix the ingredients and add enough sour cream to get the elastic dough. We split into two parts, one rolling. We put on a baking sheet with baking paper (20x30 cm) and coat the coconut cream. The second rolling dough and cover cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, we prepare the cream yellow. Milk boils. Egg yolks, flour and a little warm not hot milk, mix and pour into warm milk and cook a thick cream. Then leave to cool.  Mixed margarine and sugar and add to the cooled cream. This cream put to cake and pours chocolate. We leave in a cool place to solidify and then cut.
Chocolate glaze:
Above steam melt chocolate, add a few tablespoons of oil and then top the cake.
